The Rick Wiebe Memorial Charity Barrel Race took place August 28 at the Carman Fair Grounds. This event is put on by the Rocking W Ranch by Morden. This year’s event was a great success, weather was beautiful, and the contestants had a blast. Every participant raised pledges in support of SCCR, this year the event raised over $28,000! This beats their previous fundraising record by $10,000. WOW! Thank you to everyone who participated, volunteered, raised funds, donated etc. you are all appreciated.
